Enjoy a smoothie for breakfast. It’s such an amazing way to add nutrients into your day. I jam pack my blender with super foods and greens to kick start a healthy day. See my absolutely favourite Power Protein Smoothie (link) for a great start.
Get more sleep. Opt for 8 hours each night for rest and repair, and enjoy a power nap every day. 10-20 minutes is perfect!
Get into the stress free zone. Every day for 10-20 minutes, walk in nature, belly breathe, meditate, put your legs up against the wall or simply just lie on your bed.
Get more greens. Add a handful of greens to each meal or add a green powder to a daily smoothie.
Keep healthy snacks available. Sliced up vegetables, salad, homemade bliss balls and raw nuts are always good options.
Get 30 minutes of movement. Every day – anything you love! Walk, yoga, run, interval training, Pilates…the possibilities are endless!
Take a Probiotic daily. Or eat probiotic rich foods such as kefir or fermented vegetables to restore gut health. Good gut health makes an enormous difference in health status and how you feel.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Aim for no more than 1-2 servings a day.
