Between seeing clients in my clinic, business meetings and now wedding planning, I’m often running from one place to another all day long. While I try my best to prepare meals and snacks ahead of time on busy days, it just doesn’t always happen. I love what I do, and I also love eating healthy, whole foods. And one of my favourite ways to make it all work is to rely on fresh, quick meals from SumoSalad.
Especially on days when I’m preparing for a long flight, I make time to stop at SumoSalad on my way to the airport. I love to eat them on the run and take them with me on flights! I’ll stuff a box with healthy Sumo ingredients, and since they pack it up so securely it’s easy to take on the road and through the airport. Later, I’ll enjoy it on the plane – so delicious, and nutritious too!
It’s important for me to know where my food comes from, and I feel good knowing that SumoSalad ingredients are sourced daily from Aussie farmers and are just as fresh as what I would prepare at home. Their chicken is all free range with no added hormones and no GM. They believe that we should think about every aspect of how our food is consumed, and to me that makes it much deeper than any kind of typical “fast food.”
That said – when I do need something fast, I head to SumoSalad. I love their signature salad options; so quick and tasty. When I have a bit more time to peruse the ingredients, I love the Design Your Own Salad option.
