    Thanks for the great tips Jess. I have not long started my “clean” journey but I am loving it and feeling a lot of the benefits already! Can you give any tips on foods that are good for controlling hormonal acne breakouts? Every now and again I get a really bad breakout on my chin and it can last for months. My current bout has lasted for 6 weeks so far and just when I think it is getting better I wake up and feel back to square one again. I am eating well and drinking plenty of water and green tea so really don’t know what else I can do. HELP!!

    • Hi Eve, have you tried limiting your intake of dairy? Sometimes this can cause our skin to break out. Exercise can also cause breakouts (and sometimes prevent them, as our body sweats out the toxins). You may also want to try a gut-cleanse (I recently released an ebook about this), as our digestive system is one of the points I target in clinic when my clients present with skin problems.
