One of the most common requests I hear from my JSHealth girls is for quick, easy and delicious dinner recipes. Life can be busy, but nourishing your body with wholefood meals doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Optimise your meal prep Sundays and ensure you have all of the ingredients ready to go.
Pro tip: Make extra servings at dinner so you have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. This is the easiest way to stay on track during the working day and I have no doubt you’ll be wanting to tuck into your delicious lunch.
