  • Chia pudding
  • Frittata
 with salad
  • Chicken kebabs 
with salad
  • Air popped popcorn with organic butter and sea salt

  • Homemade seed/nut bars
  • Fresh dates filled with nut butter
  • Lentil and bean salad
  • Boiled eggs with cut up veggies
  • Mountain Bread wraps with protein and salad
  • Fresh berries with almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon and coconut
  • Lettuce wraps filled with protein of choice and quinoa
  • Sliced up carrots with nut butter and cinnamon. I love this combo!
  • Quinoa tabouli salad
  • Bircher muesli
  • Cut up veggies (carrots, cucumber, celery) with hummus/tahini
  • Sliced green apple with cinnamon and smear of almond butter
  • Raw bliss balls
  • Sugar-free granola with Greek yoghurt
  • Brown rice cakes with avocado/tahini cinnamon spread
  • Homemade trail mix – raw nuts, seeds, goji berries, chia seeds
  • Homemade quinoa/brown rice sushi
