High Fibre Smoothie (Constipation Relief!)

No more bathroom worries with this smoothie. It’s full of fibre and liquids to help get your digestive system moving. It’s a high fibre smoothie to the max!

 

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk/coco milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Vanilla stevia drops/vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • For topping: crushed walnuts and extra cinnamon

Method: 

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with crushed walnuts and cinnamon and enjoy!
