- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 frozen banana or 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk/coco milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- Pinch of sea salt
- Vanilla stevia drops/vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- For topping: crushed walnuts and extra cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with crushed walnuts and cinnamon and enjoy!
