Before taking the medication route why not try the natural path first!
- 1/2 or 1 lemon, juiced: Vitamin C
- 3-4 drops of liquid Echinacea: Immune boosting herb
- 1/2 Tbsp turmeric: Anti-inflammatory
- Dash of cayenne pepper : Anti- inflammatory + anti-viral
- Dash of cinnamon: Anti-inflammatory
- 1 inch of ginger peeled and crushed: Antimicrobial (kills bacteria) and anti-inflammatory
- 1 tsp manuka honey: Anti-microbial – great for fighting infection. (optional)
Combine ingredients in some filtered water! Or shot it!
I would recommend to do this 3x/day until symptoms go!
