Immune Boosting Shot

Feeling a little under the weather? Why not try the natural path first! This little concoction contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-microbial nutrients.


  • 1/2 or 1 lemon, juiced: Vitamin C
  • 3-4 drops of liquid Echinacea: Immune boosting herb
  • 1/2 Tbsp turmeric: Anti-inflammatory
  • Dash of cayenne pepper : Anti- inflammatory + anti-viral
  • Dash of cinnamon: Anti-inflammatory
  • 1 inch of ginger peeled and crushed: Antimicrobial (kills bacteria) and anti-inflammatory
  • 1 tsp manuka honey: Anti-microbial – great for fighting infection. (optional)



  1. Combine ingredients in some filtered water! Or shot it!


I would recommend to do this 3x/day until symptoms reduce!
