Jess’ 5 Fav Healthy Snacks

One of my fav things to do is to find delicious and nourishing snacks to keep me satisfied through a busy day of meetings, clients and writing for my lovely readers.
Here are my top five at the moment:
1. Coyo Mix
Simply place 2-3 tbsp of coyo in a bowl with blueberries, cinnamon, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
2. Rice-less Sushi
I fill nori sheets with hummus or tahini and sliced veggies, such as carrot, fennel and cucumber. I roll them up and enjoy with a drizzle of tamari (gluten-free soy sauce alternative).
3. Almond Dream Rice Cakes
Top 2-3 brown rice cakes with almond butter, sliced banana pieces and cinnamon.
You simply must try these!!
5. Cinnamon and Tahini Smoothie 
Blend 30g protein powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup almond/coconut milk and 2 tbsp tahini together – DELISH!
