JSHealth Turmeric Latte

I am all about one coffee a day as you guys know, but sometimessss I want that second cup – so I have this instead!

 

JSHealth Turmeric Latte
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk/coco milk
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of ground ginger/knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3-6 drops vanilla stevia liquid (optional) I use this one.

 

Method:

  1. Add the milk to a heated pot on the stove while adding in the rest of the ingredients. Stir. Remove once heated.
