This filling smoothie makes for the perfect afternoon snack – it’s low-carb, low-sugar and rich in protein. The result is like sipping on a (deceptively healthy) frappe! An absolutely decadent way to end the working day. I love adding a teaspoon of glucomannan powder for the added slim down effct and layering it with extra cinnamon – refreshingly spicy!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or psyllium husk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- Simply place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
