Sugar-Free Protein Brownies

These are my go-to healthy sweet treats when I need something that’s going to be super satiating and delicious. They so quick and only need a few ingredients! Be sure to choose a clean protein with no nasty additives. My hubby absolutely loves them too 🙂

 

Sugar-Free Protein Brownies

 

Makes: 8-10 slices

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Chocolate protein (about 70g) – (I use Growing Naturals Protein or Nuzest)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp stevia powder/granule (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Goji berries, coconut, cacao nibs etc. to top (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Process, adding water slowly until it reaches a smooth texture.
  3. Add mixture to a lined tin and press into the corners to form a brownie shape. Press in any additional toppings.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes then cut into squares.

    Hello, I did this receipe today. No way there can be more then 3 brownies. Why don’t you put how big or little the tun is?

      I am very dissapointed.

        The scoop of protein we use may have been larger in size than yours – which would make up for the disparity. We use a small brownie tin thats 15cmx15cm. Hope that helps!
