Berry, Banana & Almond Chia Pudding

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. I love eating a fresh, fibre-filled meal first thing in the morning, which is why I’m loving my berry, banana and almond chia pudding. Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, iron and fibre, which keep you fuller for longer, while almonds are rich in protein and magnesium. Together, these ingredients deliver a powerhouse of nutrients. Pro tip: this is also a great mid-afternoon or pre-workout protein snack.
