A high protein, antioxidant smoothie that will make you bounce with energy!
Protein fix (your choice): 2 Tbsp. LSA mix (linseed, sunflower, almond meal), 1/4 cup mixed raw nuts and seeds, 2 egg whites OR 1 scoop quality protein powder
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1 cup ice (to make it extra thick)
Extra super food goodness (found at your health store/health aisle of local supermarket)
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. maqui berry powder
1 tsp. goji berries
Sprinkled cinnamon + 1 tsp homemade granola/goji berries/bee pollen.
Perfect breakfast/snack option.
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend.
Top with extra superfood goodness – chia seeds, crushed nuts, goji berries, whatever you like!
