A high protein, antioxidant rich smoothie that will make you bounce with energy!
Ingredients
- Protein fix (your choice): 2 Tbsp. LSA mix (linseed, sunflower, almond meal), 1/4 cup mixed raw nuts and seeds, 2 egg whites OR 1 scoop quality protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup ice (to make it extra thick)
- Extra super food goodness (found at your health store/health aisle of local supermarket)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. maqui berry powder
- 1 tsp. goji berries
- Sprinkled cinnamon + 1 tsp homemade granola/goji berries/bee pollen.
Method
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend.
- Top with extra superfood goodness – chia seeds, crushed nuts, goji berries, whatever you like!
