- Tell us a little bit about yourself – who you are and what you do.
I am a model from Melbourne with a huge passion for wellness and helping people create healthy, nourishing meals themselves. I co founded Keep it Cleaner with my best friend Stephanie Smith last year which is a health and wellness platform where we share our favourite recipes and workouts.

- What was the ‘uh ha’ moment that inspired you to get in to health and wellbeing?
I have been really lucky to grow up in a really active and healthy family however my ‘uh ha’ moment when I really got into it was when I started university and was running my own business and realised that if I didn’t eat well, sleep and exercise I wouldn’t be productive or have enough energy to get through the day.

- Talk us through a typical day in your life…
Due to my type of work my days are always so different but in between my meals I am usually running between meetings, replying to emails, working on Keep it Cleaner (shooting content or working online) or going to the factory to work on my new business venture.
6:30am- Wake up and have a glass of water and an espresso.
7am-8am: Workout (this could be anything from boxing to f 45 or a run)
8:30am Breakfast: Omelette with greens, feta and smoked salmon or a green smoothie with protein powder and coconut oil (so it will keep me full)

10am: Time for coffee #2. I usually order a long black or almond latte.
1pm Lunch: Salad with nuts/seeds, avocado, lean protein and an olive oil and lemon dressing.

3:30pm Snack: Piece of fruit and green yoghurt or a healthy bliss ball.

6:30pm Dinner: Lean protein with sweet potato and lots of green veggies or a big side salad.

8pm: Peppermint tea and dark choc or a Keep it Clean healthy choc chip cookie.

Avocado, watermelon and fresh berries.
- What’s your go-to snack for those days on the run?
A punnet of blueberries and some homemade trail mix.
- … And any last words of advice or tips for those starting out on their health journey?
See your health as your priority – schedule in your healthy meals and workouts as you would with a meeting or appointment. You wouldn’t cancel on someone else so why should you cancel on yourself.
