It is the second week of my #JSHealthRestart and I am feeling GREAT!
Coffee cravings are gone, and energy levels are up.
I have also have been finding it easy to create satisfying lunch options using ‘The Detox Salad’ recipe with ‘The Clean Life’ dressing!
This simple salad includes:
– Roasted cauliflower
– Red onion
– Kale chips
– Palm sized portion of grilled chicken breast
So simply, but so satisfying!
This ideal combination of animal protein and healthy fats has helped keep me satisfied and full of energy as I move into my new home this week!
