Filtration for better hydration

Drink water! It’s something I preach constantly to clients and here on the blog, too. Keeping hydrated is one of my top health tips, but the quality of the water is equally important. Beautiful, glowing skin requires clean, purified water. You can’t flush out toxins with more toxins, and that’s why I encourage water filtration systems.

There are two places these filters are most essential: your kitchen sink and your shower. Why?

  • It tastes better. Filtered water improves the taste and odor of tap water by getting rid of substances and toxins. This means a crisper glass of water and enhanced flavour of your food.
  • It improves your health. Fewer toxins in your water means fewer toxins in your body!
  • It reduces environmental impact. A filter on your kitchen sink or pitcher means you’re not relying on plastic bottles – better for the planet, and better for you because you’re don’t have to worry about BPA.
  • It gives you a healthy glow. Showering with filtered water means fewer impurities and other minerals that can dull your skin and hair. Add a filter and I guarantee you’ll notice more shine!
