The Nutritionist’s Green Elixir
When I was studying to be a nutritionist in LA, I used to visit Erewhon and literally obsess in the vitamin aisle and over the smoothies. It was a true full circle moment launching JSHealth Vitamins into Erewhon!

Yoga & Pilates
Movement is such an important part of how I care for my body and mind. I will always advocate for exercising with kindness and listening into your body. Right now, I’m really feeling good with yoga and pilates. Melissa Wood’s workouts are my current favorite for feeling strong!
Community Gatherings
I had such a wonderful evening with Delaney Childs at Wren. We enjoyed scalp massages, acupuncture, and Advanced Magnesium+ mocktails — I truly love connecting and sharing practicing wellness practices with the JSHealth community. It’s nourishing in so many ways!
Evening Sauna
My favorite after work ritual! I sauna every night at 7:30 PM and meditate or practice Dr. Joe Dispenza breathing. I wasn’t always consistent with saunas, but after seeing the benefits and noticing how calm and grounded I feel afterward, it’s become an essential part of my routine.
Home-Cooked Meals
Eating intuitively and tuning into my body is at the heart of how I nourish myself. Lately, I’ve been enjoying classic JSHealth recipes, like the burger bowl, as well as warming, slow-cooked meals inspired by Ayurvedic principles. These comforting foods leave me feeling balanced, energized, and cared for from the inside out.
