Make your very own sugar-free version of frozen yoghurt! This can be enjoyed as a delicious snack in between meals or as a sweet dessert.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
200g natural, no sugar added Greek yoghurt in a cup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla powder
1 Tbsp. natural protein powder/LSA mix (optional)
1 tsp. stevia
1/4 mashed banana (optional)
1 tsp. cacao powder (optional)
Method
Mix ingredients into yoghurt and freeze for 30-45 mins before serving.
Optional – Once taken out of the freezer top it with:
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 chopped date
- Sprinkle of raw nuts or seeds
- 1 tsp. almond butter
