Loving this book!


  1. Nuzest Pea Protein

Adding it to Greek yoghurt creates this thick ice-cream like texture. Best protein rich snack. I add cinnamon too and then place in the freezer for 10 mins. Top with some homemade JSHealth granola! Heaven.




  1. Trilogy Make-Up Be Gone Cleansing Balm

I use these every day to remove makeup! Made with a blend of mango seed butter, coconut oil and rosehip oil – it literally melts on to the skin, cleansing and dissolving all traces of make-up. Amazing!!

  1. Aerial Yoga – Bondi 

I found an aerial yoga studio in Bondi and did a session last weekend – something I’ve always wanted to do, but never tried (scared of heights…). So worth it in the end and a different way to spend Sunday with the girls (or for some me-time). It’s great for your flexibility, circulation and moving toxins out of your lymphatic system. I went to Beach Flow in Bondi – try and go to one of Dee’s classes, if you can… her energy was amazing!

Peter Thiel is one of the founders of PayPal – if you’re in any way interested in business or want a different perspective on startups and why big growth companies like Google and Amazon have been so successful (particularly in the tech space), read this.

Whilst we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving with half the veracity of our American counterparts, I loved this article on GOOP. I know it’s a bit early for New Year resolutions but I’m going to make a conscious effort to be more grateful for the little things – finding this article for starters.



  1. Fried Brussels Sprouts with Lemon, Parmesan & Breadcrumbs (

If you haven’t heard of Molly Yeh, you have now. She’s an American food blogger uploading recipes inspired by her Jewish and Asian roots as well as her midwestern surroundings. This Brussels sprouts dish ticks all the JSHealth boxes and looks absolutely delish. Extra grateful for finding this recipe (see above).

  1. South Dowling Sandwiches, Darlinghurst

Ok so it’s not a recent find… But I thought I’d bend the rules a little to feature this local gem. When lines snake out the door every lunch time, you know you’re on to a good thing. They make incredible Schnitzel sandwiches, salads with all the toppings you could imagine (order the caramelised carrots or you haven’t lived) and it’s totally customisable (so you can make it as #glutenfree, #dairyfree, #refinedsugarfree, #vegan etc.), as you like!


No one does lunch like @southdowlingsandwiches. Chili Chicken Salad with extra caramelised carrots, red pesto and loads of other goodness ??
