If you’re in need of a refreshing, simple-to-make snack, we’ve put together 3 popsicle recipes that are infused with extra nutrients your body truly loves. Whether you’re after extra skin glow, craving more calm, or in need of a natural energy lift – there’s a popsicle here for you.

  1. Vitality X Citrus Collagen Popsicles 

Glow and hydrate from the inside-out with our citrus collagen popsicles! Each popsicle is infused with our Vitality X + Collagen Powder, delivering a potent dose of marine collagen and 10 other ingredients to support energy, immunity, and so much more. We’ve chosen orange juice for the added vitamin C boost and refreshing citrus taste, but these work perfectly with your fruit juice of choice. 

Time to cook: 5 minutes + overnight
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Method:

Place all ingredients together in a small bowl. 

Blend or whisk together for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and the Vitality X + Collagen is dissolved.

Pour evenly into popsicle molds.

Freeze overnight.

  1. Magnesium Powder Berry & Coconut Popsicles

Unwind and nourish from within with our calming Magnesium Berry Popsicles. A soothing treat for any time of day, each popsicle is infused with our Raspberry Lemonade Advanced Magnesium+ Powder for muscle relaxation, nervous system health, and restful sleep. We’ve paired it with antioxidant-rich berries and creamy coconut yogurt for a delicious, dreamy flavor combination. These are the perfect pre-bed winddown ritual, or for any moment you need a little moment of calm.

Time to cook: 5 minutes + overnight
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 150g (1 cup) mixed berries
  • 20g (2 tbsp) Advanced Magnesium+ Powder
  • 240g (1 cup) coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 30-45g (2-3 tbsp) honey/maple syrup


Method:

Microwave the berries for 30 seconds, or until soft. Mash with a fork.

Mix the yogurt and honey until combined. Add a splash of water to reach a thick but pourable consistency.

To assemble, pour the yogurt in the bottom half of your popsicle molds, top with the berry mix and swirl gently.

Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Note: We used flat popsicle molds for a visible berry swirl, however this recipe also works in tall molds. 

  1. Refreshing Green Popsicles    

Cool down the nourishing way with these refreshing green popsicles – the perfect summer treat with a wellness twist. Method: 

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and combined.

Pour evenly into popsicle molds.

Freeze overnight.
