There’s nothing I love more than spending time with my favourite people surrounded by good food… And last Thursday I got the chance to do just that at Lox Stock & Barrel! The JSHealth team was lucky enough to celebrate one of our very own’s birthday at this cozy spot in Bondi Beach last week. Having re-opened after renovations to their space, Lox was the perfect spot to host this healthy dinner party with it’s buzzy vibe and super tasty food. I designed the menu with the help of their wonderful staff, keeping their organic and wholefood ethos but adding a little JSHealth special touch!
Some of our favourite dishes include:
Cauliflower Salad (how could we not!) with hazelnuts, fennel and pomegranate seeds!

The Turmeric Slaw – zingy, crunchy and with a ginger-tahini dressing!

The healthy-fied sprouted-mixed grain felafel with lentils and spiced yoghurt
The insanely good slow roasted eggplant with quinoa, spiced nuts, herb and haloumi stuffing with a turkish-style tomato sauce.

And of course… a side of crispy Brussels sprouts.

We even made a healthy (and VEGAN) carrot cake for dessert with a macadamia-cashew orange icing! Too good for words… Stay tuned for the recipe!
