Lychee & Kombucha Spritz

Love love love this refreshing combination, which makes for the perfect lychee-filled ‘me time’ moment!

Sweet lychees mixed with fresh mint and sparkling kombucha… Lychees are one of my fave Summer fruits; filled with antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin B and folate which is so important for the health of your blood! Lychee & Kombucha Spritz

 

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 12 lychees, peeled and seed removed
  • 10 sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 500ml Kombucha of your choice (choose one with little additional sweetener if you can)
  • 10 ice cubes

 

Method:

  1. Add slices of lime, 5 sprigs of mint and 5 ice cubes to each glass or jar.
  2. Add 5 peeled and seeded lychees to each glass/jar.
  3. Pour 250ml of Kombucha into each glass/jar and stir ingredients together well.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lychee and mint.
