Peaches & Cream Smoothie

Who else gets excited when the spring and summer stone fruit starts to appear in the grocery store? I’ve created that classic peaches and cream flavour combination using juicy seasonal peaches and creamy coconut milk. A delicious and fresh smoothie that can be enjoyed anytime of the day!

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 peach, destoned & chopped, or 1 large
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats, omit for gluten-free
  • 2 tsp LSA, optional
  • 1 serve JSHealth Protein + Probiotics in Vanilla Bean
  • ½ cup ice cubes

To serve

  • 1 tbsp granola

 

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until they reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and top with a sprinkle of granola.
