Some Very Fresh Dining at Fratelli!

This week the incredibly generous staff at Fratelli Fresh invited me to lunch at their newest restaurant Fratelli Parlamento, in Sydney CBD. On Wednesday, my team and I broke up our long working day at the JSHealth office and headed to lunch the new Macquarie St location!

Greeted by a friendly face at the door, we were immediately seated in the middle of the underground restaurant, at a beautifully set white cloth table. Boasting old school elegance, dim lighting and a very attentive wait staff – it was no surprise that the restaurant was nearly full by our 1pm arrival.

The Italian inspired menu was plentiful, with a wide variety of dish and drink options – and I decided to treat myself to a glass of prosecco! My team and I chose three salads to start, followed by barramundi and trout mains. As a health foodie and lover of salad I was very impressed by the selection of salads available, and we truly struggled to narrow it down to just three.

Having been to the Potts Point Fratelli a few times before, I had to choose my favourite cabbage salad and introduce it to the girls.  Both the trout and barramundi was delicious, light and full of flavour, and the salads a divine accompaniment.

Overall, I was more then impressed with the food, ambience and hospitality – and I will definitely be returning to Macquarie St to try out more of what the Fratelli Parlamento has to offer!
