I had such an incredible night at the first ever JSHealth Real Talk Event at SHUK, Bondi. It was so amazing to be surrounded by such incredible women, engaging in an honest conversation about all things health and wellness. From gut health to mental health, body image and emotional eating – we covered so many topics so near to my heart. I cannot wait to host the next one.
