Tiramisu Nice Cream

This is just heaven and truly tastes like the real deal! It’s full of potassium from the banana, magnesium from the cacao and plant-based calcium from the tahini. Plus that hit of energy from the coffee.

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of organic instant coffee or 1/2 shot espresso
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup five:am organic vanilla bean yoghurt
  • Small handful ice – if desired
  • Banana, granola or cacao, to top

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, adding just a little water to help it come together.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon or other desired toppings.
