This dish not only contains Brussels sprouts which are the best support for our liver as it aids with detoxification, but it contains tomatoes which are full of vitamin C and other antioxidants. A nutrition powerhouse really.
Ingredients
- 20 brussels – cut into halves or quarters
- 6-10 baby/vine tomatoes
- 3 red onions – sliced
- 1-2 tsp rock salt
- 1 tbsp mixed spice – Braggs brand
- pepper
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil/olive oil spray (your choice)
Method
- Add brussels halves, onion and tomatoes to a baking dish
- Add in the olive oil, mixed spice and salt
- Bake in the oven on 180-200 degrees for 45 minutes (I use the bake fan)
