Celebrate YOU this Valentine’s Day. It’s not just about the love we have in relationships with others, it’s also about self love. Because remember, it’s not possible to properly love someone else until we love ourselves. Use this Valentine’s Day to give yourself some extra loving.

  • Disconnect from social media for a portion of your day and take yourself on a little date doing something you love: go to a movie, read a book, or go out with a friend for vino or a healthy dinner.
  • Write in a gratitude journal – jot down 5 things you love about yourself. Sounds corny, but it will make you feel so good!
  • Go for a walk in nature, or take a yoga class – reconnect with yourself!
