- Eat more good fats
- Get more omega 3’s. Think salmon, walnuts, chia seeds, or invest in a quality supplement
- Have more protein. Add beans, eggs or lean protein to every meal.
- Drink more water. Aim for at least 2 litres a day – this is a must! Hydrated skin is healthy skin.
- Limit dairy and gluten. I encourage clients to decrease these for 2 weeks to see if your skin clears up.
- Take care of your gut. My plan, The Cleanest Gut, is a fantastic guide on how to do exactly that.
