6 Quick Skin Tips to Get That Glow

  1. Eat more good fats
  2. Get more omega 3’s. Think salmon, walnuts, chia seeds, or invest in a quality supplement
  3. Have more protein. Add beans, eggs or lean protein to every meal.
  4. Drink more water. Aim for at least 2 litres a day – this is a must! Hydrated skin is healthy skin.
  5. Limit dairy and gluten. I encourage clients to decrease these for 2 weeks to see if your skin clears up.
