  2. Clickmix music to jog with – its all the latest hits made into gym remixes! So motivating! You can download it onto iTunes.
  3. Pukka chai tea with a shake of cinnamon, a tsp. of stevia and a drop of milk! Amazing with my afternoon snack. They also do a rooibos version that is caffeine- free.
  4. Loving my Cinnabon smoothie in the afternoon for a pick-me-up snack.
  5. My newest health book, “ Women’s Bodies, Women’s wisdom” by Christine Northrup.
  6. My Evohe face mask 1x/week that is made from silica and green super foods. So delicious!
  7. An epsom salt bath 3x/week- found at most health stores
