For many people, food and eating causes immense guilt, anxiety and fear. This is not the way life should be lived! I created the 8-Week online program to guide you through healing your relationship with food and removing fear and guilt from eating. It makes me endlessly happy to see the amazing results that people are getting from taking back control of their health and committing to the healthy life!
