Jess’s Metaboost Drink

Jolt your metabolism and digestion into top gear. Great way to start your morning start or end your night. Fabulous liver cleanser and immune booster.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey or stevia
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water

 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker cup with a lid, and shake to combine.
  2. Alternatively add all the ingredients to warm water, and mix with a spoon.
