Whether it’s a cozy countryside stay or a beachy coastal getaway, I always pack with intention. The less things I need to take, the better!

Big water bottle: This comes everywhere with me. I make an effort to drink 2 liters (or more), especially when on-the-go or exploring in warmer weather.
Electrolytes: I pop a sachet into my water every single morning to stay hydrated and support mineral balance. A simple but powerful habit that keeps you feeling energized!
JSHealth Vitamins Probiotic: My probiotic is always in my bag. I pack all my supplements into a pill organizer and it makes it truly so easy to stay consistent with my vitamin routine.
Silk sleep mask: I love this little moment of luxury. Deep rest is always a priority for me on a weekend away — plus it helps me relax and wind-down when I’m in transit.
Lip balm & natural sunscreen: I love to keep my skin bare when on vacay, but will always pop on a good quality SPF and a hydrating lip balm. Of course the base of my skin routine is the 4-Step Vitamin Skincare System (I pack the mini set).

A great book: I always take a fave book away with me and will flick through the pages to soak up wisdom. Ones I keep coming back to are The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer and You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L. Hay.
