Enjoy this classic combination of fudgy Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, dark chocolate and a touch of sea salt! ⁠These are the perfect work-day snack, brimming with healthful fats and natural sugars. You can organise these during your JSHealth Sunday Prep for a satiating sweet snack throughout the week or whenever you’re in need of a nourishing pick-me-up.

Ingredients:⁠

Medjool dates⁠

Peanut butter⁠

Melted dark chocolate ⁠

Sea salt⁠

Method⁠:⁠

Gently remove the pits from the dates, making sure the dates stay whole and don’t split into 2 halves.⁠

Use a spoon to fill each date with some peanut butter. ⁠

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top to coat the dates. Sprinkle with sea salt.⁠

Place in the fridge until the chocolate has set, approximately 1 hour.⁠
