Tahini Coconut Balls

Yum! Right now my team and I are obsessed with making these! We always have them on hand during our office days. The perfect sugar-free snack!

Ingredients

Makes: 6-8 balls

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp tahini
  • Pinch of sea salt 1/4 cup water

 

Method

  1. Add ingredients to food processor
  2. Add the water slowly
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Top with sweet tahini drizzle – 1 tbsp tahini + stevia + water – until smooth texture
  5. Keep in fridge!
