Salted Caramel Bars

More salted caramel – I am clearly loving this flavour right now! This is a deliciously simple treat that tastes amazing with a cuppa chai.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

 

Method

  1. Put all the above ingredients into a food processor and pulse.
  2. Place mixture in a ramekin or square glass container. Flatten evenly across the bottom, then place in fridge for 40-60 minutes.
  3. Remove and cut into squares.
