Stuck on a nourishing breakfast or lunch option to fuel your day? Enjoy this quick avocado toast, with creamy cottage cheese for a boost of energising protein. The honey and chilli flakes are completely optional but highly recommended for a burst of sweet and spicy flavour!

Ingredients:
- 2 slices sourdough, or 1 large slice
- ½ avocado, smashed
- 100g (3.5oz) cottage cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Method:
Toast your bread until cooked to your liking.
Smash your avocado with a fork and spread on top of the toast. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Spoon the cottage cheese on top, followed by the honey and chilli flakes.
Serve immediately.
