Berry & Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries ( I use mixed berries)
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2-3 tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp. coconut yoghurt (optional)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. LSA mix/ground flaxseed (or protein powder)
  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 5 drops stevia liquid or 1/2 tsp. Stevia granules/raw honey (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix/high powered blender or food processor.
  2. Add a splash of water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  3. Top with berries, nuts and seeds.
