There’s just something so soul-nourishing about a warm bowl of creamy oats — pure comfort! Whether it’s a slow morning ritual or a quick, nourishing breakfast before a busy day, oats provide the perfect base for a balanced, satiating meal.
I love to boost mine with a scoop of JSHealth Vitamins Protein + Probiotics for added plant-based protein (protein keeps energy levels stable and soaring). Plus, I add a mix of chia and flaxseeds for nourishing fats and gut-loving fibre.
Top with your favourite seasonal fruit, a drizzle of nut butter or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients:
– ½ cup rolled oats
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 ½ cup almond milk, or milk of choice
– ½ tsp ground cinnamon
– ½ serve JSHealth Vitamins Protein + Probiotics
To serve:
– 1 cup frozen blueberries, defrosted
– 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt, optional
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 2 tsp ground flaxseed
– 1 tsp honey
Method:
Add the oats, chia seeds, milk and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Place over a medium high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce the heat and simmer for around 5-7 minutes or until the porridge is creamy.
Remove from the heat and stir through the protein powder. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of warm water to loosen it or until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve topped with blueberries, yoghurt, peanut butter, ground flaxseeds and a drizzle of honey.
