Carob Cinnamon Seed Balls

A simple and delicious recipe inspired by my #JSHealthRestart Program!

Place into a food processor:

5 fresh dates  (pitted)
1/2 cut gluten free oats
1/2 cup walnuts/almonds
2 heaped tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp carob
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Add enough water to create a dough like consistency

Roll the balls into carob powder or mixed seeds – I did 1/2 and 1/2!
