Carob Cinnamon Seed Balls

A simple and delicious recipe inspired by my #JSHealthRestart Program!

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh dates  (pitted)
  • 1/2 cut gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts/almonds
  • 2 heaped tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp carob
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Place into a food processor
  2. Add enough water to create a dough like consistency
  3. Roll the balls into carob powder or mixed seeds – I did 1/2 and 1/2!
