A simple and delicious recipe inspired by my #JSHealthRestart Program!
Ingredients
- 5 fresh dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cut gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts/almonds
- 2 heaped tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp carob
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Place into a food processor
- Add enough water to create a dough like consistency
- Roll the balls into carob powder or mixed seeds – I did 1/2 and 1/2!
