Spice up your mornings with this delicious chai smoothie. The natural sweetness of banana and dates pairs perfectly with the creaminess of the nut butter and vanilla protein to create a nourishing and decadently flavoured breakfast, snack or dessert.

Serves: 1


  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond milk, or coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¾ cup brewed chai tea
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, or nut butter of choice
  • 1 serve JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon



Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
