Serving size: 2- You can double the ingredients to make a bigger batch of course.
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 tsp. stevia powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 egg- beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl. Place mixture in a small bowl or muffin tin.
(Leave some mixture behind to use as icing).
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes on 180°C.
Once cooked- I smear left over mixture as icing, 1 tsp. almond butter and a few goji berries. Crushed nuts would work well too!
