This quick and easy breakfast or snack is one of my absolute favourites! Since I’ve been traveling so much lately, I especially appreciate something that can be made in any kitchen with such simple ingredients. And it tastes absolutely decadent! Making this completely satisfies my cravings for creamy, crunchy and sweet. I think it’s so important to listen to what my body needs – if you’re feeling it too, you’ll love this delicious combo.
- 2 slices gluten-free bread of choice
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free granola or mixed nuts/seeds
- Toast bread, then spread with tahini. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle on toppings of choice. The possibiliites are endless! Try coconut flakes and chia seeds, too. Yum!
