Green Smoothie

 

Serves: 1

 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 large stalk kale
  • 1 stalk silver beet
  • 3 large leaves Cos lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 fresh lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • Handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes (handful)
  • 1 cup coconut water /filtered water

 

 Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or high-powered blender until everything is combined to a nice smoothie-like consistency.
