I LOVE drinking a cup of warm chai every night before bed time. It is so comforting and delicious.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 bag Black tea/Rooibos tea
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1-2 vanilla stevia drops
Method
- Bring water to a boil. Drop tea bag into cup of hot water.
- Stir in spices.
- When tea is brewed mix in almond milk and stevia.
