Homemade Chai Tea

I LOVE drinking a cup of warm chai every night before bed time. It is so comforting and delicious.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 1 bag Black tea/Rooibos tea
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2  tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1-2 vanilla stevia drops

 

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil. Drop tea bag into cup of hot water.
  2. Stir in spices.
  3. When tea is brewed mix in almond milk and stevia.
