Nutritional benefits: gluten-free option

Cinnamon: blood sugar stabilisation
Flaxseeds: source of omega 3’s- anti-inflammatory food
Psyllium husk: natural source of fibre- supports bowel health
Coconut water: packed with electrolytes

Ingredients:

Serving: 1            

  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp. stevia/xylitol/honey
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium husk
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut or Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • More filtered water if you wish
  • 5-10 ice cubes.
