Needing a fibre and hydration boost? Try this smoothie. The cinnamon helps with stabilising blood sugar levels, flaxseeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, psyllium husk is full of fibre and the coconut water is packed with electrolytes.
Ingredients

- 1 serving vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp. stevia/xylitol/honey
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp. psyllium husk
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp. coconut or Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- More filtered water if you wish
- 5-10 ice cubes
