Jess’s Metaboost Drink

Jolt your metabolism and digestion into top gear.  Great morning start and night end.  Fabulous liver cleanser and immune booster.


Serves 1

  • 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey or stevia
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water


Add all the ingredients into a shaker cup with a lid, and shake to combine.

Alternatively add all the ingredients to warm water, and mix with a spoon.

    • Hi Kelly! I would recommend ginger, for taste and all its benefits! Just once a day is a great start 🙂
