“Eat in tune with your body”
In the past, I was the master of self-torture and self-doubt.I never felt in control of my body or my thoughts about food.
Healing that relationship has been my biggest challenge, and it was also what inspired me to study health and nutrition. I wanted to understand how I became my own biggest burden.
Just typing that brings tears to my eyes, because now I feel so incredibly FREE.
Of course, I have my moments of self-doubt – I wouldn’t be human if I didn’t – but when I do, I remind myself we are all in this together.
We all want the same things: love and acceptance. And that comes down to loving, respecting and accepting who you are.
