The trick to weight loss and a balanced diet is to listen to your body.
Counting calories and eating to an ‘average’ calculated by a computer or someone who has NEVER met you is absurd!
We are all so different – biochemically and physiologically – so why on earth should our calorie count be the same?
Metabolism comes into it too – your body will break down food differently to mine, or your best friend, sister, or Mum.
Think about it this way – if there was one diet that worked for everyone, wouldn’t we all be on it by now? Listen to your body and nourish it accordingly.
