Summer in your mouth!

Put the following ingredients into a blender:

  • 1/2 cup fresh Mango, cubed
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1/2 passion fruit
  • 1  scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt ( optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp stevia powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water/almond milk

 

Blend it up with a Vita-mix or blender of your choice!

Nutritional value: High protein! Blood sugar lover! Omega 3’s!  All your macro nutrients in one go!
